Working with Kevin on my first book was by far the easiest, most informative and satisfying part of the entire process.  In two full days, he photographed all of the dishes for the book, the results were absolutely brilliant and gave the book its visual soul!  As he patiently walked me through every step of the shoot, his artistic side was always present and was delivered with a gentle and natural ease.  If I write another book, there is no doubt that I would be honored to collaborate with Kevin again.
